Implementation of the ban on insider trading:

The company has established "Internal Material Information Processing and Insider Trading Prevention Management Procedures", which prohibit the company's current directors, managers and employees from using information that is not available in the market to obtain improper benefits for themselves or others. New employees are prohibited from using information that is not available in the market. The personnel will provide education and promotion during pre-employment training, and from time to time notify company insiders of important information and matters that should be paid attention to. The company conducted a three-hour course on "Rules for Performance of Duties and Business Judgments by Directors and Supervisors" to 9 directors on August 8, 2024; and conducted a total of five publicity sessions on the relevant regulations for reporting changes in insider shareholdings to 13 insiders.
