ALFORMER Industrial Co., Ltd. currently produces aluminum extrusion products of 2000 series, 5000 series, 6000 series, and 7000 series, and our products are extensive, such as industrial extrusion, aluminum anodizing (surface treatment), modular extrusion, aluminum airtight windows, aluminum curtain walls, solar panels, frames and brackets, and building materials. For facilities, we have 6 extruders, from 660 TONS to 2500 TONS, to supply our customer need.

(Ⅰ) Anodizing is an electrolytic passivation process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of metal parts.   

(Ⅱ) The thickness of the aluminum oxide layer depends on the temperature, time and electric current.  

(Ⅲ) Our aluminum oxide layer thickness can reach 10, 15, 20, 25. (1 = 1/1000mm). 

(Ⅳ) We use a high-quality sealing agent to seal the pores of the anode film to obtain the standard of CNS8407.8410.    

(Ⅴ) The color of the aluminum product depends on the liquid and temperature and the time of electric current.  



To diversify our manufacturing processes, we established CNC department to provide more services and with 2D inspection equipment,3D inspection equipment to stabilize our quality. 

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) refers to manipulating traditional machines by computer systems. In industrial manufacturing processes, CNC machining has become common as the use of computers has increased. Conventional industrial equipment now operated through computers to achieve better control, and there are some major benefits of CNC machining in manufacturing are: 

1. Efficiency

One reason for using CNC machining for production is efficiency, that means all major operations of production can be automated to increase quality and speed of manufacturing. 

2. Accuracy

Another reason that CNC machining is beneficial for manufacturing is its accuracy. CNC machines are programmable and each detail of the production process can be fed into the machine. By using CNC machines, identical parts can made with the highest accuracy levels. Programming the specification and designs into the machine leaves no room for mistake or error and reducing errors from the manufacturing process eliminates unnecessary waste.  



Forging is a manufacturing process by which metal is pressed under great pressure into high strength desired parts. The process is normally performed hot by preheating the metal to the desired temperature before it is worked. Forging refines the grain structure and improves the physical properties such as ductility, strength, and toughness are much better in a forging than in the base metal. 


ALFORMER owns extrusion plant and CNC plant, which can improve the efficiency to meet the requirements of customers.
